摘要
通过分析发动机油泵齿轮传动耐磨性能对发动机使用性能和寿命的决定性作用,提出了提高齿轮副耐磨性的要求,研制了高性能粉末冶金温压齿轮材料,研究对比了合金钢齿轮摩擦磨损特性,进行了磨损台架考核实验,结果表明,使用温压成形技术制造的粉末冶金斜齿轮耐磨性好,成本低,油泵供油量下降少,满足发动机各种工况的使用要求,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
Through the analysis of the engine oil pump gear transmission wear on engine performance and service life of the decisive role,the requirements of improving gear wear resistance is put forward.High performance powder metallurgy gear material is developed and wear characteristics of comparative study with alloy steel gear is carried out.And the results show the powder metallurgy helical gears manufactured in warm compaction technique have good wearability and low cost,and the fuel supply decreased less,the use requirements of various working conditions of engines is satisfied,and the prospect of market application is wide.
