摘要
为完善生物组织光学参量测量系统以及实验手段提供理论依据,本文基于双点源Delta-P1近似漫反射光学模型,推导了光学参量对反射率的灵敏度解析表达式,研究了光学参量的变化对探测距离的影响。研究结果表明:1)在强吸收的情况下,宜采用近距离(ρ<2mm)测量;2)μs变化的情况下,可选取在Sμ′s(ρ0)=0的探测距离ρ0附近测量组织的吸收情况;3)高阶参量γ对组织漫反射光分布的影响在光源附近(ρ<1.0mm)比较明显(极值大于30%),因此有必要在光学模型中引入散射相函数的高阶参量。
The analytical expression of the sensitivity of optical parameters based on the two-point-source approximation to the Delta-P1 approximation model is derived.The influence of the optical parameters on detection distance of the spatially-resolved diffuse reflectance is studied.The results show that,1) it is better to obtain accuracy μa with small source-detector separations(ρ2 mm) in strong absorption;2) the information of tissue absorption can be determined in short-range nearby the detected distance ρ0 where Sμ′s(ρ0)=0;3) the high order parameter γ has significant influence(the extreme value greater than 30%) on the diffuse reflectance for spatially-resolved diffuse reflectance with small source-detector separations(ρ1.0 mm),so it is necessary to introduce the high order parameter of phase function to optical model.The research has theoretical significance to improve the measuring system and experimental means to obtain optical parameters of biological tissue.
