摘要
新媒体技术的出现及广泛应用,大大改变了读者的信息行为,也促使图书馆积极拓展服务方式。从高校图书馆服务工作内容出发,以服务危机为研究对象,提出了高校图书馆应对服务危机的七项对策。
The emergency and wide use of new media technologies significantly change the reader' s informa- tion behavior and enable the library to expand services. The paper puts up with 7 countermeasures in reaction to crisis management of services in the university library after discussing the service content of the university li- brary with service crisis as the research object.
