摘要
金融危机以来,发展战略性新兴产业成为各国各级政府重点关注的问题。选取研发投入、新产品销售额、技术市场成交额以及专利授权件数等指标对河南、广东、山东、北京、上海、江苏以及中部省份湖北省战略性新兴产业的技术创新能力进行比较评价。比较结果表明,河南省在战略性新兴产业的技术创新能力方面与发达省份相比有较大差距,而且也落后于中部的湖北省。为河南省未来发展战略新兴产业提出若干建议。
Since the financial crisis, all levels of government in the world have been focusing on the strategic emerging industries. This paper selects several indexes such as investment in research and development （ R＆D）, sales of new products, volume of business in technical markets and the number of patent license. It then conducts a comparative evaluation of the technological innovation capability of the strategic emerging in- dustries in Henan Province, Guangdong Province, Shandong Province, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Hubei Province in Central China. The result shows that Henan Province is a far cry from these developed provinces and fails behind Hubei Province as well in the technological innovation capabilities. Then the paper gives suggestions on how to develop the strategic emerging industries in Henan Province in the years to come.
