摘要
荔湾3-1(南海天然气项目)是我国国内第一个深水项目,其中心生产平台的设计质量约31 217 t,刷新了国内海上采油平台最大设计质量纪录。该平台采用高位建造方案进行陆地建造,完成后需要采取适当的方法将平台从建造临时支柱上转移到用于装船运输的平台支撑框架上。文章基于荔湾3-1平台的相关参数,从抬升设备配置、支撑体设计、平台整体下降方法和风险分析等角度对该平台实施重量转移的方法进行研究,以实现采用中国海洋石油工程股份有限公司的WS30000称重系统完成荔湾3-1平台的重量转移作业。
Liwan 3-1 project as one Nanhai natural gas development project is the first deep-water project in China,and the design mass of the central production platform is 31 217 t,which refreshes the domestic record of maximum design mass of offshore oil platform.The platform is fabricated at high position on land,and after the fabrication completion,it will be transferred from the temporary supports for fabrication to the deck support frame(DSF) for shipment.Based on the correlative parameters of Liwan 3-1 platform,the weight transferring method is studied with respect to lift equipment,lift support structure design,whole platform synchronously descending,risk analysis,and so on.The study results show that the weight transferring task can be carried out safely by the WS30000 Weighing System owned by COOEC.
