摘要
人才培养是大学的根本任务,高素质人才决定国家和民族前途命运的重要力量,是建设创新型国家的强大依托,面对新形势、新任务,大学应以更加积极的姿态,肩负起崇高使命和历史责任。南京邮电大学近年来通过搭建多层次、全方位的实验平台体系,采取开放实验项目、校企合作、仪器设备共享、实验室改革研究课题申报、实验室绩效考评等一系列举措,建设成效表明,这些举措为培养高素质创新型人才奠定了夯实的基础。
This paper introduces a series of measures taken in the construction of a multi-level and comprehensive experimental platform system, in the construction of open experimental projects, in the cooperation between school and enterprises, in the sharing of instrumentation, and in the evaluation of laboratory performances etc. in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in recent years. Construction results show that these measures laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.
