摘要
为了提高卧式加工中心机床安装的周期,对地脚螺栓、膨胀螺栓、化学锚栓三种机床固定安装形式进行分析,对采用化学锚栓的施工过程进行了介绍。经过实验验证,化学锚栓在卧式加工中心快速安装上具有安装快速便捷、锚固力强、操作简单、安装周期短等优势。
In order to improve the horizontal machining center machine installation period, the anchor boh, expansion bolts, chemical anchor bolt three machine fixed installation form were analyzed, and the chemical anchor bolt execute process is introduced. The test results prove that chemical anchor bolt in horizontal machining center fast installation has advantages of fast and convenient installation, strong anchorage force, simple operation, short installation period.
