摘要
urotensinⅡ(UⅡ)是一个具有多种生物学活性的多肽类分子,除存在显著的血管活性作用外,近年还发现其与炎症损伤性疾病关系密切。研究显示,UⅡ通过增加血管通透性,促进炎症细胞浸润,刺激炎症细胞释放黏附分子、趋化因子及炎症细胞因子等环节在血管炎性损伤性疾病,心力衰竭,慢性肝炎、肝硬化,急性肝衰竭,慢性肾小球肾炎,肺癌等疾病的发生、发展中起作用。
Urotensin Ⅱ ( U Ⅱ ) is a polypeptide molecule with a variety of bioactivities. Recent studies showed that UⅡ not only possesses a potent vasoactive effect but also is implicated in inflam- matory injury diseases. UⅡ plays a key role in the occurrence and progression of such inflammatory injury diseases as vascular injury diseases, heart failure, chronic hepatisis, hepatic cirrhosis, acute liver failure, chronic glomerulonephritis and lung adenocarcinoma by increasing vascular per- meability, recruiting leucocytes to inflammatory sites, releasing adhesion molecules, chemotactic factors and inflammatory cytokines. This review provides insights into the molecular mechanisms and signal transduction pathways of UⅡ-induced inflammation.
