为了提高光纤产品质量和材料利用率对涂层玻墩几何尺寸进行校正是非常必要的. 本文给出了一个新的整型工艺——负压法、现对整型模具主要尺寸计算进行了探讨.
For improve the quality of optical fiber products and the utilization ratio of material, it is necessary to correct geometrical size for coating glass tube.
in this paper, a new reshaping tech nology-negtive pressure method, and count formula of majer size of reshaping die is described.
