Shanxi Agricultural Science is the sole comprehensive agricultural journal in Shanxi province. In the paper the way to paste Word and Excel pictures to the CorelDAW software page, the operation skills of separating groups to edit or refigure, and words input and output TIF format was discussed in detail. The skill will play an important role to realize layout of chart and mixed text, illustrations quality and work efficiency improvement.
