摘要
美国社区学院的职业指导已开展了60年左右,其通过外部与内部服务网络的多层面协作,促进了学生职业生涯的发展,提高了学校的社会声誉。当前,我国高职生所面临的就业压力日益严峻,高职职业指导工作的机遇和挑战并存,为帮助高职院校更加有效地开展职业指导工作,可借鉴美国社区学院的经验,构建有中国特色的高职院校职业指导理论体系,建立健全多元化的职业指导服务系统,切实开展好我国高职院校的职业指导工作。
The occupational guidance of American community has been held for nearly 60 years, which contributes to promoting student＇s career development and enhancing the social reputation of colleges by multilayer collaboration between the external and internal service network. Recently, college students in China are suffering from the increasing unemployment which brought both challenges and opportunities for college occupational guidance. Under this circumstance, following the example from American community college is the best way to help the occupational guidance works better and more effective .It also conduces to build the occupational guidance theory systems with Chinese characters and establish the multinational occupational guidance service systems.
