摘要
目的:探讨支撑喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术的临床疗效。方法:选取80例声带息肉患者为研究对象,采用支撑喉镜行声带息肉摘除术。结果:所有患者术后均随访6个月,治愈50例,有效28例,总有效率为97.5%。结论:支撑喉镜下声带息肉手术具有创伤小、精准度高、并发症少等优点,值得临床应用。
Objective： To explore the vocal cord polyp removal surgery＇s clinical efficacy of suspension laryngoscopy.Method： 80 patients of vocal cord polyp patients were selected for the study, suspension laryngoscope was used to remove vocal cord polyp.Result： All patients were followed up for 6 months, 50 cases were cured and 28 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 97.5%.Conclusion： The vocal cord polyp removal surgery of suspension laryngoscope has advantages of less invasive, high accuracy and fewer complications. Laryngoscope was worthy of clinical application.
