摘要
轻钢结构刚接柱脚底板厚度现行传统计算方法通常有两种,一种是按柱脚底板下的混凝土基础反力和底板的支承条件计算,另一种则按照验算锚栓受拉一侧底板厚度来计算。按后者计算结果往往远大于按前者,如按此结果应用于实际工程,则可能使得工程造价投入增加,造成不必要的浪费。文章考虑从锚栓垫板与柱脚底板共同工作推导出柱脚底板厚度计算的修正公式,并总结底板厚度计算的步骤,以期达到应用于实际设计工程的实用性。
The methods about computing the soleplate thickness of rigid column base of steel structure of light-weight building has always two at present:the first one is according the reaction force of concrete foundation and support conditions of the soleplate; the other one is determined by the pulling force of the anchor bolt. The latter result is great lager than the former always.It maybe increase the cost of inputs of project and unnecessary waste if we use the result by the traditional methods.This article deduces the corrected formula and the calculation steps by considering the method of working together between soleplate ofcohmm base and anchor bolt plate, inorder to obtain the practicality for project by appling it.
