摘要
目的:探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘的护理效果。方法:对2008年1月—2012年9月食管癌术后发生吻合口瘘的9例患者采取心理护理、肠内营养支持、抗感染、减轻吻合口张力等措施,改善患者营养状况,促使瘘口愈合。结果:通过积极治疗和护理,9例患者全部治愈出院。结论:早发现、正确治疗和护理是治愈吻合口瘘的关键。
Objective：To explore the care of anastomotic leakage after esophageal cancer operation. Methods：A retrospective analysis on 9 cases of anastomotic leakage after esophagectomy patients from January 2008 to September 2012 in our hospital. To improve the nutritional status of patients promote fistula healing ,take some measures ,for example; psychological care, enteral nutrition, anti-infection and reduce anastomotic tension. Results：Through active treatment and care, 9 patients were cured. Conclusion ： The key of cure the anastomotic fistula is early detection,proper treatment and care.
