摘要
山东海洋电力、海洋油气等海洋新兴产业不断发展,但与全国同类产业发展速度相比,山东大部分海洋新兴产业发展滞后。通过灰色关联分析显示,在山东海洋产业体系中,滨海旅游业和海洋生物医药业对山东海洋经济发展贡献较大。基于此,结合山东海洋新兴产业发展的优势与问题,发展山东的海洋新兴产业需要构建海洋科技创新体系,加快培育海洋新兴产业龙头企业,保护海洋生态环境,以滨海旅游和海洋生物医药为重点推进海洋新兴产业的发展。
The offshore oil and gas industry, the marine power industry and other emerging marine industries are developing rapidly in Shandong Province. However, compared with similar industries in other parts of China, the development in Shandong is much slower than the country＇s average level. Through gray correlational analysis, the article shows that coastal tourism and marine bio-pharmaceutical industry have a great effect on Shandong＇s marine economy. Therefore, in order to promote the development of emerging marine industries, it is necessary to build an independent innovation system of marine science and technology, speed up the leading enterprises in marine industries, protect the marine ecological environment, and focus on coastal tourism and marine bio-pharmaceutical industry.
