摘要
自我护理模式在医疗护理过程中已被广泛应用。通过查阅文献,从社会医学的角度提出自我护理模式应该有更广泛的应用领域,并从现代医学模式、人口老龄化、慢性病以及卫生资源4个方面论述了自我护理的必要性。医学模式转变、人口老龄化、慢性病患病率升高、卫生资源不足和配置不合理为自我护理模式提供了发展空间,而自我护理模式也成为解决这些问题的新途径。
Self-care model has been widely used in health care. The objective of this study was to discuss the ne- cessity that self-care model should have broader applications from the perspective of social medicine in four aspects such as modern medical model, aging population, chronic disease and health resource. Medical model change, aging population, increasing prevalence of chronic disease and lack of health resource provide development space for self- care model, and the self-care model may he a new way to solve these problems.
