摘要
针对LED驱动电源高转换效率及高功率因数的要求,引入了基于SSL4101T控制芯片的LED驱动电源设计。详细介绍了两级有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术及Flyback拓扑转换电路的工作原理及过程,结合具体电路给出相关外围器件、功率器件以及磁性元器件的参量选型,最后试制了100W该产品样机。实验表明,该设计方案具有线性调整率好,输出恒流纹波小,效率及PF值高等优点。
According to the high conversion efficiency and high power factor requirements, the LED driving power supply based on the SSIA101T controller chip is designed. This paper describes bipolar active power factor correction technology and the principle of Flybaek topology conversion and chooses relevant peripheral devices, power devices and magnetic components. A 100 W prototype is made and the experimental results show that the proposed design scheme has a good linear adjustment rate and small output constant current ripple with a high efficiency and high PF value.
