摘要
职教集团把职业教育发展与社会多元需求更好地联接起来。依托职教集团平台,可以实现成员体内部资源优化和功能整合,实现人才、技术和设备的社会化、产业化、最优化,创建共享共赢的产学深度融合机制。分析职教集团运作过程中制约发展的"瓶颈",探索推动职教集团健康快速发展的策略,是职业教育的重要课题。
Vocational education groups can better link the development of vocational education with the diverse needs and requirements of society. Relying on the platform of vocational education group, its members can achieve internal resource optimization and functional integration within the group, thus realizing the socializa- tion, industrialization and optimization of talents, technology and equipment, and creating mechanisms for deep, sharing and win-win integration of production and learning. Therefore it is an important topic of voca- tional education to analyze the bottlenecks that restrict the development in the operational process of vocational education groups and explore the strategies which promote sound and rapid development of vocational education groups.
