摘要
以二水氯化铜为铜源、碳酸钠为沉淀剂,利用水热法于180℃下保温24h,合成了直径为1~3μm的CuO微米球。利用X射线衍射、热场发射扫描电子显微镜和紫外-可见分光光度计对样品进行表征,结果表明:随着碳酸钠加入量的增加,CuO形貌由颗粒状演变为针状,再由针状CuO自发组成微米球状CuO;微米球状CuO具有良好的光吸收能力。
With CuC12 as copper source and Na2CO3 as precipitant,CuO microspheres of 1-3 μm diameter were successfully synthesized via hydrothermal method at 180 ℃ for 24 h. The samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction,thermal field emission scanning electron microscope and ultraviolet-visible absorp- tion spectroscopy, respectively. The results indicate that with the increase of Na2 CO3 dosage, the morpholo- gy of CuO microspheres changes from needle-like shape to granular shape. And then needle-like CuO spon- taneously aggregates to form CuO microspheres. CuO microspheres have good optical absorption proper-ties.
