摘要
猪流行性腹泻病毒近年来在福建省呈现了不断扩散和暴发的态势。本文以筛选到的PEDV野生毒株P55为研究对象,通过对其主要结构蛋白M和N基因的序列比较和遗传进化分析,结合前期的S1和ORF3蛋白研究结果,综合评定该毒株的分子遗传学特征。序列分析结果显示,P55的M和N基因与参考序列比较,均未发现片段缺失和插入,仅N蛋白序列中存在少量点突变;遗传距离分析结果显示,P55的M和N蛋白的变异度较S1和ORF3低。上述结果表明,与P55毒力相关的分子机制除了ORF3外,还可能存在其他基因区域的协同作用。该结果为预防和控制该类变异毒株的流行提供了参考。
Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV)caused enteric disease has devastating impact on Fujian' s pig production in recent years. One wild strain, P55, was investigated on the molecular characterizations of M and N gene, which encode the structural protein, by sequence and phylogenetic analysis. According to the results in this study, there was no insertion or deletion in the M and N gene of P55 but some unique mutations in the latter. The variations of M and N were lower than S1 and ORF3 in the previous study. Therefore there might be something else that affected the virulence of P55 besides the region of ORF3. This result provided the supported data for the prevention and control of the prevalence of PEDV.
