摘要
社会资本是公共图书馆发展必需的一种重要资本形式,公共图书馆社会资本具有强化社会认同、资源获取和推进有序服务等多重价值。当前,我国公共图书馆社会资本总体发育良好,但也存在一定问题,今后应通过法制完善、宣传教育、政府善治和社会组织孕育等多重途径加以保障。
Social capital is an important capital form for the development of public libraries. It plays multiple values in promoting the social recogni- tion, access to resources and orderly service. At present, the social capital of public libraries in China is well-developed, but there are still some prob- lems to be solved by improving the legal system, education, good governance and social organization cultivation etc.
