咪唑啉磷酸酯类缓蚀剂的合成及其缓蚀性能 被引量:4

Synthesis of Imidazoline Phosphate Corrosion Inhibitors and Evaluation of Their Inhibition Performance

摘要 为了增强咪唑啉磷酸酯类缓蚀剂的水溶性和缓蚀性能,用油酸和二乙烯三胺反应,制备了咪唑啉中间体,分别用氯乙醇与五氧化二磷、磷酸三丁酯与环氧氯丙烷在低温下合成了2种氯化磷酸酯A和B,将其分别作为季铵化试剂与咪唑啉中间体反应,制备了2种改性的咪唑啉磷酸酯缓蚀剂A和B。用傅里叶红外光谱仪对咪唑啉中间体的结构进行了表征,用静态失重法和极化曲线法就2种缓蚀剂在1 mol/L HCl盐酸中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:咪唑啉中间体具有预期的结构;2种缓蚀剂在HCl溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能均较好,为控制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂,其中缓蚀剂B的缓蚀性能更优;缓蚀剂B与无机阴离子E复配后,缓蚀效率在低浓度(20 mg/L)时高达91%,缓蚀性能优异。 For the purpose of improving the water-solubility and corrosion inhibition performance of imidazoline phosphate,oleic acid and diethylene triamine were used as the starting materials to synthesize imidazoline intermediate,while chlorine ethanol and phosphorus pentoxide,or tributyl phosphate and epoxy chloropropane,were used as the starting materials to prepare two kinds of chlorinated phosphate esters A and B.As-obtained chlorinated phosphate esters A and B were then adopted as quaternization agents to react with imidazoline intermediate yielding two kinds of modified imidazoline phosphate corrosion inhibitors A' and B'.The chemical structure of as-obtained imidazoline intermediate was analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry,and the corrosion inhibition performance of imidazoline phosphate inhibitors A' and B' for Q235 steel in 1 mol/L HC1 solution was tested by weight loss method and potentiodynamic polarization curve method.It was found that the structure of as-synthesized imidazoline intermediate conformed to what was expected.Both A' and B' inhibitors showed good inhibition performance for Q235 steel in HC1 solution,and both belonged to mixed inhibitors dominated by control of anodic process.Particularly,inhibitor B' possessed better inhibition performance.Moreover,inhibitor B' could provide an inhibition efficiency of as much as 91 % after being combined with inorganic ions at a low concentration(20 mg/L),showing excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
