气相色谱法测定穿心莲及其土壤中高效氟吡甲禾灵残留 被引量:8

摘要 建立了一种简单快速测定穿心莲及其土壤中高效氟吡甲禾灵残留的气相色谱-电子捕获检测(GC-ECD)方法。穿心莲及土壤样品用乙腈提取,土壤提取液直接浓缩至干;穿心莲提取液浓缩后经弗罗里硅土-活性炭(质量比4∶6)柱净化,乙酸乙酯淋洗后浓缩至近干,甲醇定容,GC-ECD检测。结果表明,高效氟吡甲禾灵的最小检出量为0.007ng,在穿心莲及土壤中的最低检测浓度为0.01mg/kg。穿心莲及土壤中高效氟吡甲禾灵的回收率在78.48%~106.50%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~6.54%。 A simple and rapid gas chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of haloxyfop-R-methyl in andrographis herba and soil. Haloxyfop-R-methyl was extracted with acetonitrile both from andrographis herba and soil samples firstly. Then, the soil extract was directly concentrated till dryness, while the andrographis herba extract was concentrated and eluted by ethyl acetate on a activated carbon-florisil column, then concentrated to dryness. A gas chromatography-electron capture detector(GC-ECD) was used to determine the analytes in the samples. It was found the detection limit of haloxy-R-methy was about 0. 007 ng, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0. 01 mg/kg in andrographis herha and soil. The fortified recoveries of haloxy-R-methy in andrographis herba and soil were in range of 78.48%-106.50% ,with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 1.39%-6.54%.
