摘要
通过粗糙集对冗余的指标进行约简,构建一套企业人力资源危机预警指标体系,运用粗糙集与RBF径向基神经网络相结合的方法,对企业人力资源危机进行预警;最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Through the rough set, the redundancy indexes could be reduced, and a set of early-warning index system for the risk of enterprise human resource could be constructed, which makes the early warning for the risk of enterprise human resource by the combination of rough set and RPF neural network. Finally, the fea- sibility and effectiveness of this method is verified by the examples.
