彩色多普勒超声对成人心肌致密化不全的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图对成人心肌致密化不全的诊断价值。方法总结28例成人心肌致密化不全的超声及临床特点。结果 28例患者均符合超声诊断心肌致密化不全的诊断标准,其中单独左心室受累者18例,单独右心室受累者7例,双侧心室均受累者3例,1例合并三尖瓣脱垂,2例合并二尖瓣脱垂,未见合并其他的先天性心脏畸形。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图对成人心肌致密化不全具有重要的诊断价值,对早期治疗、预防并发症的发生具有指导性的意义。 Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic value in the diagnosis of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium.Methods Twenty-eight patients with different clinical manifestation were examined with color Doppler flow image(CDFI) electrocardiogram to observe the range and depth of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium.And the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of all these cases,left ventricle was involved alone in 18 cases and right ventricle was involved alone in 7 cases.Both ventricles were affected in 3 cases,with one combined with tricuspid valve prolapse and the other two combined with mitral valve prolapse.There was no any other congenital heart disease.The CDFI showed reticular structures formed by the involved multiple excessive carina trabecular muscles and the deep recesses.The low echo-dense compaction myocardium at the outer layer of the ventricle wall was significantly thinner and the non-dense noncompaction myocardial was loosely thickened.The suffered ventricle was enlarged,and the cardiac function was differently reduced.The CDFI showed the slow blood flow in the recessus was connected with the flow of the heart cavity.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography plays a valuable role in the diagnosis of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium.
