摘要
策划工作是现代期刊的中心环节 ,并且是传统期刊与现代期刊的重要分野。现代期刊导入策划概念是市场经济发展的必然要求。现代期刊策划包括期刊的受众策划、形象策划、发展策划、选题策划、稿源策划、版面策划、包装策划、营销策划。其中前三种属战略策划 ,后五种属战术策划。做好策划工作必须优化策划环境 。
