摘要
目的探讨胃肠吻合术后上消化道出血的原因及治疗体会。方法回顾性分析胃肠吻合术后发生上消化道出血的9例患者的临床资料。结果本组患者经胃镜下成功止血4例,急诊二次手术治疗5例,均治愈,无围手术期死亡。结论胃肠吻合术后上消化道出血是高危并发症,术中应积极预防;一旦发生,及时规范的治疗是挽救患者生命的关键。
Objective To analyze the causes and treatment experience of upper gastrointestinal bleeding after gastroenterostomy. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding after gastroenteros- tomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 9 patients were cured,4 patients were successfully hemostatic under gastroscope ,5 patients were successfully hemostatic after second emergency operation, no death was observed in preoperative period. Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is the frequent complication of gastroenterostomy, should be prevented actively ; opportune and standard treatment is the key to save the life of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
