摘要
针对日光温室卷帘机操作不便、缺乏自动控制的现状,设计了基于ZigBee的温室卷帘机精准自动控制系统。以CC2530为核心开发无线监控节点,集成SQ-200传感器实时检测光辐射强度,利用Zigbee协议实现监控节点信息交互,采用中间继电器控制三相卷帘机;并基于S3C2410A微处理器构建嵌入式管理设备运行平台,开发了具有卷帘机手动和自动控制功能的基地管理软件平台。实际运行结果表明,该系统可实现整个基地多个温室的集中管理,有效提高了日光温室管理效率,减少农民劳动强度,具有运行稳定、操作简单的特点。
In allusion to the inconvenient operation and the lack of automatic control existing in the met roller of solar greenhouse,the precise automatic control system based on ZigBee was designed. The wireless monitoring nodes based on CC2530 were developed, the SQ-200 integral sensor was utilised to detect optical radiation intensity in real-time, information between monitoring was transferred via Zigbee treaty and the intermediate relay was adopted to control three phase met roller. The embedded management equipment operation platform was constructed and the management software platform with the function of manual and automatic control for the met roller was developed. Actual operating results showed that the system can realize centralized management of several greenhouses for the entire base, improve solar greenhouse management efficiency and reduce labor intensity. It was operated stably and simply as well.
