摘要
经济危机下,公众对图书馆服务需求持续增长,而美英图书馆由于政府实行紧缩财政政策,经费削减,面临生存困境,于是"图书馆保护运动"自发兴起。从中图书馆应思考建立危机预案、创新管理模式、提供就业帮助、寻求社会支持,以确保图书馆事业可持续发展。
During economic crisis, the public has a lasting demand for public library , yet the libraries in US and UK have been falling into a living difficulty because the government implemented the financial cut policies, thus, ＂ the conservation movement for library ＂ has sprung up. From this, library should think of establishing a crisis reserve plan, innovating management model, providing job assistance, and seeking social support to insure the library sustainable development.
