摘要
图书馆领域的权利问题十分重要。中国图书馆学对此问题的关注源于对《图书馆权利宣言》的研究。该宣言译名有误但"图书馆权利"的名称可用。中国图书馆学对读者权利的研究始于上世纪初,本世纪迅速发展。现代图书馆学对于图书馆权利的基本观点为:图书馆权利是一种人权,主要是公众的所有者权利,也是图书馆管理者的职业权利。
The study on rights is very important in the library science. In China, it began from the research on Library Bill of Rights of ALA. The term ＂Tu Su Guan Quan Li ＂ can be used until it has a better translation on Library Bill of Rights. The research on user right began in the 20th century and rapid develop in 21st century. Basic viewpoints of this paper： Rights of Library Bill of Rights are a human right, mainly refer to public rights, but also librarianship rights.
