Effect of Illumination Intensity Under Different Temperature and Humidity Conditions on Photosynthetic Rate of Dendrobium candidum

摘要 以铁皮石斛幼苗为试材,研究了在不同温度和湿度条件下光照强度对其光合速率日变化的影响。结果表明:在低温、低湿环境下,光照强度的变化对净光合速率的影响不是特别明显;在低温、高湿下,光合速率值随光照强度增加而增加;在高温、低湿下,光照强度越低其光合速率值反而越高,光照强度最强时其净光合速率值达到最低;当温度为20~25℃、湿度为80%以上、光照强度为240μmol.m-2.s-1时,铁皮石斛的净光合速率达到最大,为其生长的最佳条件。 Taking Dendrobium candidum seedlings as the experimental material,the effect of illumination intensity under different temperature and humidity conditions on its photosynthetic rate were studied.The results showed that illumination intensity had little effect on the photosynthetic rate under the condition of low temperature and low humidity;when cultivated at low temperature and high humidity,the photosynthetic rate increased with light intensity increased,while at high temperature and low humidity,the photosynthetic rate increased when illumination intensity dropped.The net photosynthetic rate of Dendrobium candidum reached the maximum when it was cultivated at 20~25℃,80 percent humidity and with 240 μmol·m-2·s-1 of illumination intensity,which should be the optimal growth condition.
