摘要
通过在基础日粮中添加不同含量的壳聚糖研究其对獭兔生产性能的影响。试验选用240只45日龄的獭兔,随机分成Ⅰ组(基础日粮组)和试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组4个处理,壳聚糖添加量分别为0、0.01%、0.05%和0.10%。每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只獭兔,试验期50d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅲ可以显著降低料肉比(P<0.05);饲料中添加壳聚糖可以有效预防腹泻的发生。结论:壳聚糖可以有效降低料肉比、提高饲料报酬,适宜添加量为0.05%。
240 rex rabbits of 45-day-old were randomly divided into Ⅰ （control group）, Ⅱ ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups, each group had 6 replicates, and each replicate had 10 rex rabbits. Chitosan was respectively added into the feedstuff for 1 to 4 group by the amount of 0, 0.01%, 0.05%, and 0.10 %. The test period was 50 days. The results showed that the third group effectively reduced the ratio of feed to gain （P〈0.05） compared to control group; feedstuff added chitosan had the effect of prevention of diarrhea in rabbits; chitosan had no signifificant effect on nutrient digestibility and hair density.
