摘要
缆索吊机的承载索是一根连续索结构,利用索—轮单元法来解决索力连续的问题。索—轮单元分正、倒两种,正索—轮单元模拟索鞍,倒索—轮模拟荷重跑车。介绍了索—轮单元滑移平衡方程的建立与求解方法,提出了利用2节点悬链线单元索端力柔性迭代计算结果来选取单元平衡方程求解的迭代初值的方法。编制计算程序进行了工程实例的分析,验证了计算方法的正确性与必要性。
The loading cables of cable-crane are continuous structure which can be modeled by cablewheel elements. There are two types of cable-wheel elments, in which normal cable-wheel element models the cable saddle and inverted cable-wheel element models the loading roadster. The methods of establishing and solving the slipping equilibrium equation of cable-wheel element are presented. A method based on the flexible ieration reuslts of the end force of the 2-nodes cantenary element is proposed to determine the initial iteration value of the element equilibrium equation. Calculation program is developed to analyze engineering examples. The correctness and necessity of the method are verified.
