摘要
如同 2 0世纪的工业革命一样 ,知识经济成为 2 1世纪的主旋律。它给人类带来前所未有的挑战。知识经济时代的国际贸易 ,也具有不同于以往经济形态的特点 ,被赋予时代的变革色彩。电子商务这一时代的结晶 ,成为世界经济发展的一个重要驱动力。电子商务日新月异几乎呈爆炸性的增长引发国际贸易的全方位。
Just like the industrial revolution in the 20th century, knowledge based economy is becoming the main tune in the 21th century and is challenging our traditional way of life. International trade in the knowledge based economy has taken on a revolutionary look , as opposed to the way of international trade under traditional economic condition . Regarded as an important impetus of global economic development, electronic commerce is triggering, in the way of a volatile increase ,the revolution of international trade in an all round and thorough way.
