摘要
针对生产实际中极常见且具有代表性的异径偏斜交圆柱相贯问题,以画法几何为基础,利用计算方法进行研究,得出了具有通用性的柱柱相贯薄壁类零件展开曲线计算公式。根据推导的公式,运用Matlab语言编制了计算机程序,并运用AutoCAD中的VBA进行二次开发,编制展开软件,可以大大提高准确程度和工作效率并用于指导生产。
In accordance with-the actual industrial production very common-problem of differental diameters and skew cross-intersecting eylindricals with the representativeness, come to universal calculating formulas for unfolding curve parts of skew cross-intersecting cylindrieals based on descriptive geometry and calculation method. Computer program is arrived with Matlab according to the formulas derived, at the same time second development with VBA of AutoCAD is carrided out and get unfolding software. Accuracy and efficiency can be improved greatly with these methods in actual industrial production.
