摘要
废旧管线拆除,对于保持管廊整洁、有序,减轻管廊负荷,以及后续装置的改扩建和新管线的施工都有着十分重要的作用。但是,在废旧管线的拆除作业过程中,存在许多危险有害因素。在以往的拆除作业中,曾经发生过割错管线、着火、砸断液化气放空阀造成液化气泄漏等事故。在管廊治理作业时,通过危险因素辨识,提出并采取相应的对策措施,保证施工作业的安全。
The dismantlement of old pipelines is very important for keeping pipeline gallery clean and orderly.It's also very helpful for pipelines reconstruction and new pipelines construction.However,there are lots of risks in the dismantlement process of old pipelines,such as cutting the wrong pipelines,fire and leaking of liquid gas by smashing the venting valves.This repairing work of pipeline gallery ensures the safety of construction task by taking corresponding countermeasures after identification of hazardous factors.
