摘要
在分析发展海洋经济对促进上海产业结构优化升级和拓展上海城市发展空间的战略意义,以及上海海洋经济发展现状的基础上,讨论了上海发展海洋经济的地理区位、海洋产业基础和教育、人才、科研研发优势,提出了立足自身优势,围绕国际航运中心建设,优化海洋产业结构的发展思路。
