摘要
笔者从"三权"发证试点工作中,总结了要把握的几个原则,提出了应注意的事项,表述了调查底图的制作方法。
From the pilot job about certificating to ＂three authorities＂, the author summarized several principles, put forward the matters which should be attention, and explained the mention of making investigation base map.
