摘要
目的为了解上海市社区医生对心目中的家庭医生应该具有什么样的资质。方法本课题对上海市三个地区社区医生进行了调查,采用现场调查方法。结果本次调查表明,家庭医生资质一般认为性别不是选择全科医生的条件,学历在本科以上最好,年龄在40岁左右,职称在中级以上。工作年限在10年以上。结论家庭医生的执业资格考核统一指标;家庭医生的基本技能和相关知识与能力应由主管部门定期进行培训和统一考核;鼓励家庭医生利用业余时间进行相应技能的学习,如营养师、心理咨询师、健康管理师等执业资格,并提供一定的物质和精神上的保障。鉴于现有的家庭医生大多从专科医生培养的模式中转化而来,要学习补充的知识点较多,且思想认识的转变更非一朝一夕,因此建议医学院校开设家庭医生系或全科医生系,从源头上改变这一局面,培养专业思想稳定、专业素质过硬的家庭医生。
Objective To understand a family doctor natural intelligence for the sake of family doctor service in Shanghai community. Methods The community doctors in three region were investigated in Shanghai City, and the method of spot investigates was carried out. Results This investigation showed that the sex of a family doctor is not condition of choosing general practitioner,it is better educational background in the undergraduate course, for age at 40 years old and or so, the title of a technical post above intermediate, and the work time 10 years above. Conclusion Three policy suggestion are set up that qualifications examination will be unionized and a family doctor＇ s basic technical ability should be proceeded periodically by supervisor section and a family doctor will be encouraged to study more qualifications. We sugest to set up the family doctor system in medical colleges, to cultivate stability and professional family doctor.
