摘要
从扭矩扳子的分类、扭矩重复性及示值误差、等级的不同介绍了三种检定/校准扭矩扳子的计量标准器,以预置式扭矩扳子为例,分析了检定/校准扭矩扳子的过程,并提出了检定/校准前的注意事项,根据实际工作中经常遇到的问题,提出了检定周期的建议,以及如何正确使用扭矩扳子,以延长其使用期限。
This article describes three kinds of test/calibration torque wrench t standards from the classification of the torque wrench, torque repeatability and error of indication, different levels, and also analyses process which verification / calibration of the torque wrench, proposes precautions before the test / calibration as preset type torque wrench illustrational, puts forward the suggestion of the test cy- cle, as well as how to properly use the torque wrench to extend its period of use on the basis of the problems often encountered in the practical work.
