摘要
有关资料统计表明,液压系统中出现的各种故障70%以上与油液的污染有关,有效控制油液污染,净化油液,对延长液压元件寿命和提高液压系统工作可靠性是至关重要的。文章在介绍液压系统滤油器的作用和主要类型基础上,分析和讨论了滤油器选用、安装和清洗。
According to the relevant statistics, more than 70% faults of a hydraulic system has business with pollution of its oil filter, controlling the fluid pollution and purifying fluid is essential to extend service life and increase stability of the hydraulic system. This article introduces the functions of hydraulic system and main types first and then analyzes and discusses its selection, installation and cleaning.
