摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,汽车行业已经成为全球采购、销售的巨大市场。随着市场竞争不断加剧,有效控制产品质量则成为竞争取胜的重要因素。整车质量在很大程度上取决于零部件质量的高低,而汽车整车企业大部分零部件又以采购为主,因此完善的采购流程,有效的采购质量控制,成为汽车整车企业的核心竞争力。基于ISO9001:2008质量管理体系中的过程方法,研究汽车零部件采购过程中的质量控制问题,重点介绍采购过程的策划(P)和PDCA循环的应用。
In the context of economic globalization, the automotive industry has become a global procurement, global sales of a huge open market. With increasing competition in the market, effective control of product quality has become an important factor in competition to win. usually,Vehicle quality depends largely on the quality level of the parts, The vehicle quality depends to a great extent on the discretion of the parts quality, and for most auto enterprise, auto parts are purchased primarily from markets, therefore perfect purchasing process, effective purchasing quality control, become auto enterprise＇s core competitive ability. This paper, based on the ISO9001：2008 quality management system in the process methods, the auto parts procurement process of quality control problems are researched, focuses on discussing the purchasing process planning （P） and the application of PDCA cycle.
