摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在妇产科子宫切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年1月～2011年12月收治的220例行子宫切除术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,其中实验组110例患者给予生理和心理配合护理,对照组110例患者单纯地给予生理护理。对比两组患者的护理应用效果。结果:两组患者均恢复良好,且无并发症发生,但试验组患者的HAMD评分低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后发热、排气以及住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科行子宫切除术的患者在生理护理基础上,给予心理护理,能给患者带来最好的治疗效果。
Objective To study the psychological nursing effect on the application of hysterectomy in gynecology and obstetrics.Method From January 2009 to December 2011,220 of our routine hysterectomy patients were treated as the research object.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group with 110 patients which had physiological and psychological nursing,and the control group in which 110 patients were simply be given physiological nursing.Compared the two groups with nursing application effect.Results Two groups of patients were recovered well,and had no complications,but the patients of experimental group had lower HAMD scores than those of the control group,and had significantly difference（P0.05）.Patients postoperative fever,exhaust and hospitalization time of patients of two groups also had the obvious difference（P0.05）.Conclusion In the department of gynaecology and obstetrics hysterectomies patients can begiven psychological nursing in the basis of physological nursing so it can give patients better effect.
