摘要
在经济全球化浪潮的冲击下,我国的产业安全状况日益受到关注。在各类影响产业安全的风险因素中,知识产权风险需要重点考虑。因此,从自主创新水平、知识产权对外依存度、知识产权运行环境三个方面全面分析各类知识产权风险因素,并将这些知识产权风险因素纳入整个产业安全的预警指标体系,以便对产业安全度做出更为准确的判断。
China＇s industrial security situation has drawn an increasing attention in the wave of economic globalization. Among all kinds of risk factors to be considered affecting industrial security, intellectual property risks should be on the top. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis should be made to the level of independent innovation, China＇s dependence on foreign intellectual property, running environment of intellectual property. These factors of intellectual property risks should be included in the pre-warning indicator system of industrial security, so as to make more accurate judgments.
