摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,就辽宁地区校园足球发展的现状以及教练员培养方面存在的问题进行深入的讨论和剖析,并提出了辽宁地区教练员培养应该以体育专业院校的足球专业学生和退役后的职业球员相结合的全新模式,这样才能保证辽宁地区校园足球科学有效的持续发展。
This paper uses of literature,expert interviews,in-depth discussion on the problems of the status quo of the campus football development in Liaoning Province,and coach training and profiling,and coach training in Liaoning Province should be professional football sports professional institutionsnew students and retired professional players combined mode,so as to ensure effective ongoing development of the the campus football science of Liaoning Province.
