摘要
曲轴箱盖是一薄壁易变形件,常规加工精度难以保证,往往造成漏油。为此开发了平面砂带磨削工艺,并开发了新的磨床,成功解决了曲轴箱盖加工及使用中存在的品质问题。
The crankcase cover is of thin wall ami defonnable. It is difficult to guarantee The machining precision.The result of which is oil leakage. The development of the surface sand tape grounding process solves the problem mentioned above.
