永磁无刷直流电动机直接转矩控制研究

摘要 永磁无刷直流电动机起动转矩大,其转矩脉动也大,电动机运行时会产生很大的噪声和振动.为了减小转矩脉动,设计了永磁无刷直流电动机的直接转矩控制方案,直接将定子磁链空间矢量和电磁转矩作为被控变量,实现对电磁转矩的直接控制.基于Matlab/Simulink软件,建立了控制系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明该方法可以较好地抑制电动机的转矩脉动,提高系统控制性能. The permanent magnet brushless DC motor has the advantages of high starting torque, strong overload capacity and high efficiency. But it will produce a lot of noise and vibration when the motor is running because of its large torque ripple. The direct torque control scheme of brushless DC motor is designed to reduce the torque ripple. The stator flux space vector and elec- tromagnetic torque as variables are controlled, the purpose is to control the electromagnetic torque directly. Based on Matlab/Simulik software, the simulation model of control system is es- tablished, and simulation results show that motor torque ripple is inhibited effectively and the system control performance is improved.
