摘要
[目的]了解优质护理服务中患者对护士职业素质的要求,提高护理人员职业素质,实现优质护理。[方法]随机调查杭州市某三甲医院优质护理示范病区患者200例,采用自行设计问卷进行调查。[结果]患者最重视的是护士的服务态度,其次是娴熟的技术和专业知识,再次是良好的沟通技巧和护理经验。[结论]在护理人员队伍建设中要注重礼仪和服务态度,提高护理人员理论及操作技能,推行全程连续的护理,加强护患沟通是提高护士素质及服务质量的有效举措。
[Objective] To understand patients'requirements on nurses occupational qualities m good nursing, to improve nurses occupanonal quanty. [Method] Randomly investigate 200 cases in an excellent nursing demonstration ward of a grade-A hospital, take stir-made questionnaire for investigation. [Result] Patients pay most attention to nurses service attitude, next is skilled technical and specialized knowledge, the last is good communication skill and nursing experience. [Conclusion] In nursing personnel team construction, we shall emphasize etiquette and attitude, improve nurses theory and operational skill, and promote whole-course continual nursing; to reinforce patient-nurse communication is an effective measure in improving nurses and service quality.
