摘要
目的探讨无张力修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝的安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年12月新疆维吾尔自治区博尔塔拉蒙古自治州人民医院行无张力修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝患者32例的临床资料。结果本组患者手术全部成功,平均手术时间75min,术后出现阴囊肿胀3例,切口浅层感染1例,随访1～5年,无复发,无一例死亡患者。结论无张力修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia tension-free repair. Methods A total of 32 patients who were treated with tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia in Peopleg Hospital of Xinjiang Boertala Mongolia Autono- mous Prefecture January 2005 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the operations were successful. The mean of operation time was 75 mins. There were 3 cases of scrotal swelling and one case of incision shallow infection. After 1 to 5 year of follow-ups, no recurrence and death were observed. Conclusions The tension-free repair for incarcerated inguinal hernia is safe and effective.
