摘要
扬州东方国际大酒店为高度280m的超高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土框架柱-钢筋混凝土剪力墙核心筒的混合结构体系,采用SATWE进行弹性时程分析,采用PUSH&EPDA进行大震下的推覆分析和动力弹塑性时程分析,同时用MIDAS/Building分析关键部位在中震作用下的拉应力,用MIDAS/FEA对关键节点进行了中震、大震下的应力分析。通过分析得出结构能满足抗震性能设计的要求,并采取了一些有效的构造加强措施,可供同类工程参考。
Yangzhou East International Hotel is a super high-rise building(height is 280m)with concrete filled steel tubular column-concrete core wall structure system.The elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake by SATWE,elastic-plastic static analysis(Pushover) and elastic-plastic dynamic analysis(EPDA) under rare earthquake by PUSHEPDA were carried out.The tensile stress of the key parts under medium earthquake was analyzed by MIDAS Building.The stress of key points under medium and rare earthquake was analyzed by MIDAS/FEA.The results show that the structure can meet the requirement of performance-based seismic design.Some strengthening measures were used to ensure the security of the structure.It can be a reference for other similar projects.
